WCT Conclusion tips

Hi everyone! I took the WCT for a second time and ended up failing for the same reason as the first: Failed the conclusion portion.

The thing is, I feel like I came to the right conclusion. I also stated the conclusion starting with... " The most likely reason the accident occurred..." and so on. I then stated the facts. The very last words on my essay portion was No injuries to the parties and no witnesses regarding the accident.

So I dont understand.... Do I have to literally have to write for my final paragraph "In conclusion..."and restate my previous paragraph???

I would be grateful for any tips. Thanks in advance.
