    Can anyone Provide any workout tips for preparing for the popat. Apparently running distance runs does not do much in terms of preparing
    WPS successful applicant- 3 yr on the job

    run stairs to practice!! I ran stairs for 30 minutes 3 times a week and it helped significantly. Also set up some circuit exercises and do 30 seconds on 30 seconds recovery ... that will help too.

      I agree with you....
      But you can do something that you might help you to be physically fit...
